Recently, the technical service team of Jinan Liling Testing Machine Co., Ltd. went to an energy customer's site in Tai 'an, Shandong Province to carry out the installation, debugging, calibration and practical guidance of a complete set of materials mechanics and metallographic physical and chemical laboratory equipment, so as to ensure the smooth commissioning of the new testing laboratory for customers.
This customer's laboratory covers a variety of key test items, such as impact mechanical performance testing, environmental corrosion testing, metallographic sample preparation analysis, microhardness testing, etc. There are many types of equipment and a long technical chain, which requires high on-site debugging accuracy and equipment linkage matching. After arriving at the site, our technical engineers carried out the whole process of equipment positioning, mechanical calibration, electrical wiring, parameter calibration, software configuration and performance review item by item in strict accordance with relevant national standards and equipment technical specifications.
At the impact testing machine station, engineers repeatedly check and debug the pendulum torque, scale indication and safety protection mechanism of the impact testing machine, and check the test parameters of the equipment to ensure the stability and reliability of the impact toughness test data of metal materials and meet the test requirements of impact performance testing of energy equipment components. For environmental test equipment such as salt spray corrosion test box, the debugging personnel complete the debugging operation of temperature control system and spray circulation system, and check the core indicators such as temperature and humidity, salt spray settlement, so as to ensure that the corrosion resistance evaluation of materials can be simulated under complex working conditions.
Metallographic and microhardness analysis area is the key plate of this debugging work. Technicians completed the installation and debugging of metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine, metallographic microscope and automatic microhardness tester in turn. From the waterway and rotation speed debugging of sample preparation equipment, to the optical path calibration of microscope, the parameter optimization of imaging system, and then to the head verification of microhardness tester and the configuration of software test program, the engineer carried out practical verification one by one, and completed the simulation test of the whole process of sample preparation, image acquisition and hardness test, ensuring that the equipment can realize the metallographic observation and accurate detection of microhardness of energy parts samples, and providing reliable hardware support for metallographic analysis and failure analysis of materials.
During the debugging process, the technical team not only completed the debugging and calibration on the hardware level of the equipment, but also explained the key points of daily operation of the equipment, the logic of setting test parameters, and matters needing attention in equipment maintenance to the customer's operators in combination with the actual testing conditions in the energy industry, and conducted on-site questions and answers for the problems that are easy to occur during the testing process, so as to help customers quickly master the use method of the whole set of laboratory equipment and get through the last link from the equipment landing to the actual testing application.
Equipment parts in energy industry have been in complex service conditions for a long time, and the mechanical properties, metallographic structure and corrosion resistance of materials are directly related to the safety of equipment operation.
